Deep-Cooling Treatment to Improve the Strength of HPGR Tungsten Carbide Studs

In order to improve the strength of high-pressure roller press Hard Alloy Stud, liquid nitrogen deep-cooling process is applied, and cooling treatment is carried out for 6 hours at -190 degrees Celsius, which eliminates the sintering thermal stress of the tungsten Carbide Button at low temperatures and optimizes the metallurgical structure of Cobalt.
After the low temperature liquid nitrogen deep cooling treatment, the temperature is slowly increased to adjust the internal carbon phase of the cemented Pin Stud to improve the strength of the cemented Carbide Pin.
