  1. According to experience, the average particle size of the material into the roller press in more than 20mm, preferably between 35mm-45mm, roller press is not easy to vibrate and extrusion effect is good, such as the material is too fine, you can move, between the fixed roller pad iron thickening, from the original 10mm to 12mm, the hydraulic pressure can be appropriately reduced to reduce vibration.
  2. Dispersing classifier grading ability to reduce the powder back too much fines, the cyclic load increases, resulting in a reduction in the total batching volume. Increase, resulting in a reduction in the total dosage, the roller press buffer bin containing larger particles of fresh material is reduced.

Into the roller press small bin belt at the serious air leakage, or the system dust collection fan air volume is too small, resulting in less ventilation of the fabricator, dust collection effect is poor, the fines can not be pumped out in time to enter the small bin of fines in the small bin is more.
  4. Into the grinding material in the integrated moisture is too small. If the average particle size of the material is low, the moisture content is also low, the material through the roller press, the angle of engagement between the two rollers is small, the material is easy to follow the roller gap rushed down, not easy to form a stable cake, resulting in the roller press vibration and extrusion effect is poor. According to experience, into the roller press material integrated moisture control in 0.8%-1.3% between the ideal, we take in the clinker dosing scale to increase the drenching device, to control the appropriate material moisture, improve the effect of extrusion.

Into the roller press material particle size is not uniform, there are larger particles, in the two-roller extrusion process, the finer material is too fast diarrhea, easy to cause the roller press at both ends of the roller gap deviation, can not form a stable layer of material, thus causing vibration and extrusion. Stable material layer, thus causing vibration or stopping. The larger particles in the batching of our plant mainly come from gypsum and zeolite, so the crusher should be inspected, adjusted and processed frequently to ensure that the particle size of the material is below 60mm. If there are large iron pieces or other foreign materials mixed in the roll materials, it will cause the hydraulic system of the roller press to oscillate. In this regard, the hydraulic system should be unloaded in a timely manner to remove the high pressure, the dynamic roller out, check to exclude iron and foreign objects, and carefully analyze the reasons for the mixing of iron, check the working performance of the iron remover.

Treatment measures:
