Rotor

The movement form and force condition of the material in the rotor are the same: the material enters from the center of the rotor, and is thrown into the crushing chamber through the parting plate, the guide plate, and the throwing material. That is to say, these parts in the rotor are directly in contact with the material and are easy to wear, so their wear resistance is directly related to the replacement cost and operation efficiency. In order to improve wear resistance, first of all, the material of wear-resistant parts should be selected correctly.

Distributor Plate

When the material enters the high-speed rotating rotor and the parting plate, it rotates with the rotor. Under the action of centrifugal force, the material moves from the center of the parting plate (the rotor) to the outer end of the channel (the parting port). In this process, the distribution plate is subjected to vertical impact load and horizontal stone acceleration load at the same time, and the outer wear of the distribution plate is more serious than the central part. Therefore, the material of the parting tray requires a certain toughness to overcome the vertical impact force; Must have a certain hardness, can withstand horizontal load. The top of our Distributor Plate is made of wear-resistant hard alloy material to save more cost for buyers.

Rotor Tip

The movement of stone in the rotor: the horizontal speed of stone entering the contact point of the parting plate is zero, and the horizontal movement towards the throwing head (the outer edge of the rotor) is rapidly accelerated.The Rotor Tip must withstand both strong impact and high speed punching (sliding friction),Rotor Tips must withstand strong impact and high-speed punching (sliding friction), so our rotor tips are made of cemented carbide materials.
